History of our Company

On January 1st 1966 the company "Jean-Pierre Fluri Präzisionsmechanik" was founded by Jean-Pierre and Susanna Fluri. At that time Jean-Pierre could acquire the existing mechanical workshop at the Mettstrasse from his father. After a short time that shop got too small and a new workshop was built. At the beginning subcontracting work of all kinds was handled. Thanks to the wide experience J.P. Fluri had gained both abroad and in Switzerland, machine repair and maintenance work could be provided as well. Right from the beginning Susanna Fluri was responsible for the administration of the business.
